Need a lot of improvement, papaya salad was to sweet, glass noodles salad it tasted like they used lime from the bottle, good service and nice decorations. If you are Thai and know about food it's not for you.

Garlic sauce with beef lunch was amazing!!! The spring roll was a great starter.

Very impressed! This small space packs a lot of flavor! Everything was fresh and made to order and we still didn't wait very long. The flavors were so fresh and deep! The service was also top notch. I've eaten a lot of Thai food in East TN and I will say that this just took my #1 spot. I can't praise the staff enough for such fantastic food and service!

I came here after a day at the Smoky Mountains, and I was pretty impressed by the food. I got a Thai iced tea with half sugar, a fresh shrimp roll appetizer, and a spicy drunken noodle with tofu. The Thai tea wasn't good as it was watered down, but I did appreciate that it wasn't overflowing with sugar. It didn't have any flavor though. The fresh shrimp roll appetizer was really fresh, and I liked the sauce that came with the rolls. The drunken noodles were tasty as well, but they skimped on the tofu as there were only six pieces. I really liked the chewiness of the noodles and the flavor, but it wasn't spicy! There was an acceptable balance of noodles versus bell peppers, onions, carrots, and beans, and I enjoyed my meal. All this came to be around $27 post-tax which is somewhat pricey, but the food is tasty and the portions are big. Definitely pleasantly surprised to find good Thai food in the middle of the south.

Visiting the area and had a craving for Thai food. This place definitely hit the spot. The pineapple fried rice and lemongrass soup were both delicious. The portions were generous and everything thing was seasoned well. I definitely would recommend it.

Food and service were both great. The restaurant itself just doesn't match how good the food and service is. They could provide an absolutely stellar experience with a larger building and larger/more tables.

The food is always amazing, very consistent, and quick. They offer a nice selection for lunch menu that are at a "lunch" price. Dinner portions are large and sharable. Every time we go to the Gatlinburg area, we make the trip out Thai Basil too. Perfectly hidden away in strip mall by the Lowes.

I try to eat here at least once a week. Food is always amazing. Service is fantastic. Price is fair.

more like thai no basil!portions incredibly small for the inflated price. we ordered a basil shrimp stir fry, and it came out with only a handful of shrimp on the plate and it was bland with NO BASIL!! we were never told that there was no basil, and when we asked for some nuts on the side to add some taste to the dish, we were told we would have to pay extra just for that. horrible service. stingy with portions. bland taste. overall bad experience. never coming back.

My co-workers introduced me to this place over a year ago, and I still find myself going back. Their food is authentic, their customer service is great, and they get your food to you quickly if you are there on your lunch break. ;) I highly recommend this place.

I wasn't used to somebody writing down my birthdate from my driver's license to order a beer maybe it's a local thing? Once we got past that the food was excellent. If I'm ever back in the area I will definitely eat there again

We doordash’d sixty dollars worth of food because we are tourist in a hotel- THERE was NO plastic ware to eat with!!! This is ridiculous- I called- they blamed doordash - they told me to go down stairs and ask from front desk? What!!! This is ridiculous. Poor poor service. Bland - really bland fried rice. Sweet basil rice. Soup- bland. OVERPRICED!

With a with a group of friends and it was excellent! The food was amazing! The service was amazing! So I had brought my husband and once again the food was amazing the service was amazing. And the night I brought my husband they were shorthanded but you couldn't tell.

The food was superb and the staff was really friendly. We had Rainbow Stir fry, their salad, and gravy noodles as well as their deserts. I highly recommend eating here. Me and the family can’t wait to visit again!

We are from Knoxville and have been wanting to try this place for awhile. Our first visit was last night and we went back again tonight. The food is so good and filling. Best masaman curry I have ever had. Service is quick and friendly no matter how busy they are. Thai tea was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Put simply, really good food! Lots of flavor and good sized portions. Service is great, too. Small place, but quick to accommodate large-ish parties as best they can. Highly recommended.

Great food, best Thai in area. Service is friend. Lunch special $7.99, starter, main. Drinks $2.19. Ok portions, not as much as other Thai places.

After a good experience last time I was keen to try another meal off the menu. Choosing the beef lettuce wrap. The lettuce was less than perfect for making a wrap.The center leaves of the Iceberg lettuce were crinkled and way too small. The contents of the wrap consisted of beef, cucumber, carrots, celery in a watery savoury base. Poor value for what was received. I asked server to bring some better lettuce to wrap the contents and was served the same Iceberg lettuce. Wraps would do much better with romaine, or at the very least the outer leaves of the iceberg.
